Sounds still play while the game is paused

Steps to reproduce:
Method 1:

1. Enable game pause in Settings -> General -> General -> Pause

2. Build and stand next to a nether portal

3. When the ambient portal sounds start playing, pause the game

Observed result:
The ambient portal sounds keep playing while the game is paused.

Expected result:
The ambient portal sounds do not play while the game is paused.

Method 2:

1. Enable game pause in Settings -> General -> General -> Pause

2. Place down a jukebox and insert a music disc into it

3. Pause the game

Observed result:
The song keeps playing even while the game is paused.

Expected result:
The song stops playing when the game is paused and resumes playing after the game is unpaused.
