Plank paths are not generating over water on villages

I believe there is another part to this issue. Normal dirt paths are not getting replaced by grass blocks, as they are on java. 10% of all dirt paths should get replaced by grass blocks if I’m not mistaken.

Bedrock villages even occasionally attempt to generate planks on water, but it pretty much always fails, and you get these occasional floating planks.

I used Seed 0 and followed the river West to find this village.
