The minecarts on the rollercoaster ride in the new event are getting stuck at the end and players are being forced to leave and rejoin, and that ride doesn't count for the sticker book thing, which has a challenge from the ride (popping balloons)

Can confirm. There is now more and more minecart clutter. It is possible to get rid of the minecarts simply by punching them over and over. Here are my experiences of the minecarts:
Monday:
At 19:21 in my time, there were too many minecarts cluttered up.
As of 19:43 in my time, the minecarts are gone.
As of 20:10 in my time, the minecarts are back.
