Blocks lose their mining sound

I can confirm this issue, The heavy core mining sounds seems no longer hear when blocks volume is set 100% in Settings

Update: The issue have also affect with any blocks such as fence, doors, stone, etc.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check the Volume and Blocks volume in Settings if there volume is set 100%

2. Take any type of tools and any some blocks (Like heavy core for example)

3. Set gamemode as Survival mode, Place any type of blocks and then mine to proceed the mining sound

Observed Results

❌ The block mining sounds no longer present.

Expected Behavior

The Block mining sounds would be present, Same as previous versions.

This applies to every other block type as well, not just heavy cores.
