[MCPE-19034] Spiders make a ladder sound when climbing a wall.

When a spider climbs a wall/block, it momentarily makes a ladder sound, as if climbing a ladder. Whether it's in a spawner or outside, they will make the ladder sounds.

Affects both types of spiders
