In 1.0 horse and endermen at the end become strange spawning.Horses spawn on specific coordinate.Example,horse spawn at 0 93 -17 and the problem is on that coordinate has 4 horses spawn at the same time.Endermen at the end also behave like that.Making device more lagging.

Just to clarify: skeleton horses should not spawn in the End in the first place (MCPE-18396).
No. At the end is a misplaced modifier. It's only supposed to be describing Endermen , and not horses.

Ooohhh. I get it. You are complaining about skeleton horse spawn rates. I guess you could change the difficulty to Peaceful? That would stop the lag.
