[MCPE-19791] Wither Boss has no sound when it is spawned

Steps to Reproduce

1.Spawn or Summon a Wither Boss
2. As you can see it does not have the sound of it when spawned

Note: Other Sounds are normal only Sound when it is spawned

This bug has not been fixed. And it's not all the sounds that are bugged. Only Sound when it's Spawned

Reopening - It does seem that the sounds are missing.

It used to play a sound(s) as the wither was spinning/generating when first spawned.

(Possibly the `spawn.fsb` sound, but looped?)

Affects 1.0.4.0.

Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.

It does have sound in 1.1 beta but is very buggy

Well now I think this bug has been fixed. But the sound is now with glitches in version 1.1.0.8

This was bug was fixed during the 1.1 beta. Now the Wither spawning sounds overlap each other. See MCPE-19212.
