[MCPE-199243] Vibrant Visuals: Black Boxes in end dimension

Having vibrant visuals enabled in the end causes pitch black boxes to repeatedly appear and disappear from the screen

Reproduction Steps:
- Select the Favor Visuals preset
- Make sure Upscaling Mode is “TAAU”
- Go to the End

Do you use the default settings for the Vibrant Visuals? If not. could you please provide a screenshot of them?

After looking into the issue more closely I realized it’s the exact same issue as MCPE-212398
