The stonecutter is not retextured in the following official texture packs:

  • Candy (last tested in 1.0.5.3... thanks @unknown 😃)

  • Cartoon

  • City Fixed as of 1.5.2

  • Festive Mash-up 2016 Fixed as of 1.1.0.9.

  • Plastic Fixed as of 1.5.2

  • Chinese Mythology Mash-up (last tested in 1.1.0.9)

Untested:

  • Adventure Time Mash-up

  • Fallout Mash-up

  • Greek Mythology Mash-up

  • Skyrim Mash-up

  • Steampunk

  • Any of the Marketplace partner packs

Stonecutter is a decorative item and it has been discarded but not the item so I think mojang and Microsoft doesn't update that item

Stonecutter for 'Candy' hasn't been re-textured in 1.0.5.3. (You're welcome 🙂)
