Ever since 1.0's pre-release stages, the beacon beam became slower and stuttered-looking, eventually coming to a stop.
The same could be said for the creeper armour; it moves constantly for a while, but then slows down and then ultimately stops moving (at least until the player leaves/re-enters the game).

I'm not affected in 1.14.0.1 beta. However, I'm using Windows 10, so the issue could be only for Android.
