Can't use name tag on Wither Skeleton

Confirmed to affect 1.1.0.8.

Confirmed on Win10 Survival Realm 1.0.7 and 1.0.8

As of 1.1 build 7, you can rename the spawn eggs, but you can't nametag a Wither Skeleton.

Yeah,I can't seem to name wither skeletons either.

This issue is still occurring. The [minecraft:nameable|https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Bedrock_Edition_entity_components#minecraft:nameable] component is still missing from the wither_skeleton.json file in the vanilla behavior pack.

Still an issue in latest 1.8 betas

This problem has cropped up on my xbox one realm while I am trying to contain all hostile mobs.  Wither skeletons are the only mob I have found that I am unable to use a nametag on.
