Vibrant Visuals: Textures of light sources become extremely washed out at night

At night the colors of some light sources become very washed out.
This seems to be a problem with how Vibrant Visuals handles brightness. Instead of actually increasing brightness of a pixel it increases the whiteness which just makes it look washed out and weird.

Reproduction Steps:
- Create a world with seed 428857467692155765
- TP to 123 71 339
- Set time to 6000
- Set time to 18000 (and wait a bit for auto exposure to kick in)
- Compare the look of the torches at day vs night

Observed Results:
- Torch colors get very washed out at night

Expected Results:
- This would not happen

This is an Issue with Both Brightness and Auto exposure.

Both options when darkening the scene - make all Emissive textures extremely washed out and appear to no longer glow.

you cannot play with less than 50 brightness or else Auto exposure absolutely ruins the experience.
