Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn a snow golem or mooshroom
Move them around, look at them from different angles
Observed Results:
The pumpkin and mushrooms may turn completely black or white depending on the viewing angle. The behavior is not very consistent.
Expected Results:
The pumpkin and mushrooms remain the same.

this was present on 1.21.100 windows 11, will check on 1.21.101 once I can update.
I noticed it on mooshrooms, and the mushrooms interestingly weren’t white while the game was paused.
Using vibrant visuals on Playstation 5, same issue noticed with mooshrooms. The mushrooms flicker between their correct color and black when looking from different angles.
I also have the problem with snow golems with their heads and the mushrooms cows but for the mushrooms cows I though it was a shader problem.
