[MCPE-224893] Splash screen is no longer animated including the splash text

With the last few updates to minecraft bedrock windows 10 edition the splash screen is no longer animated including the splash text. The whole image is frozen including the splash text. Player model still animates and follows the mouse cursor.

What doesn’t animate: Yellow splash text. Background image doesn’t spin like it’s supposed to.

This works as intended. The splash text is controlled by the screen animation toggle in the video settings as well as the background panorama screen. Turning it off like in the video makes everything stop moving however, toggling it on will make the splash text and panorama move.

Ok, I found that toggle off - but I don’t believe I made the change. I guess I’ll see if the next update reverts it back similar to the issue I’m having with Full screen toggle. (See MCPE-224865 )
