When riding a minecart around a corner the player doesn't turn with the minecart, I need to manually turn to continue facing in the direction of travel.

I've been playing for 5 years and I've hated that ever since, however, it's never changed and probably never will be.
Please add affects version:1.17.0 – I verified the behavior is still present in release 1.17.0.02 for Android.

I’ve given the exact steps to help reproduce this bug:
Build this structure exactly as shown. There is a powered rail right under the minecart.
[media]Get in the minecart and face the emerald block.
Begin moving the minecart and do not manually turn the field of vision.
It's always been that way for me.
