Creating a world & giving it a name with 28 characters (exact number needed to reproduce may be different) & duplicating it causes the duplicate to be unable to be renamed.

We're actually already tracking this issue at [MCPE-188261] Cannot edit long name of duplicated/imported/downloaded world - Jira Service Management, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
I suggest also to browse through the main issue for potential fixes.
