If you look too far up or down, the cursor does not stay in the game window - even in fullscreen - and will click the taskbar. This has been an issue for users as far back as 2017. Randomly, upon a normal instance of gameplay, the issue begins and has no fix. Search: “Minecraft cursor lock” and youll be met with a long history of this bug that has no fix.

Yeah I just played yesterday and was met with this bug, went looking, and realized how long it’s been a problem. I only just started getting this bug, but now any time I play it does this. Hope it gets fixed, even though it’s a consistent bug.
got this after installing 1.21.121 too, it makes the game completely unplayable. hope its fixed soon
This is so frustrating, after the update I had to reinstall bedrock as it changed to Minecraft for windows and now this. I have scoured the internet trying to find something to do with no luck. MOJANG HELP
Cursor keeps sliding onto my upper or lower areas of the tab when it’s supposed to be locked in game. Otherwise, in full screen mode, it slides onto my other monitor when going left (where my monitor is). Very annoying and keeps clicking me out of the game!! Downloading a PCScreenLocker for Minecraft Bedrock did nothing, neither did changing my computer settings. Please fix!!!
Thank you for your report!

I just ran into this today on 1.21.121, despite not having this issue a few days ago. Restarting the game has not fixed it.
