Mouse is constantly twitching/teleporting

Minecraft bedrock edition after the hotfix update has caused me and none of my friends to experience this bug, the mouse movement is very very choppy and it almost seems like it teleports around in the direction that im swiping to, nothing has changed in terms of what addons I am using and no controls have been changed, Ive tried lowering my polling rate on my mouse from 1000 hz to 500 to 125, nothing helps. Ive tried uploading a video to this post but it keeps failing, will try and provide one at a later point.
