When a piglin holding a spear accidentally injures its companions, it does not cause mutual attacks or attract aggro. However, when a Zombified Piglin accidentally injures its companions, it causes the Zombified Piglins to attract aggro and infight with each other.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

A similar issue was reported for Java Edition:

, but interestingly, Mojang closed it as "Working as Intended" — even though this behavior doesn't match what we'd expect from Zombified Piglins.
