Are you serious? Even if this is intentional, shouldn't the behavior at least match Java Edition (Parity)?
In Java, the group aggro is persistent. Accidental friendly fire does not cause the entire swarm to turn on the attacker, nor does it result in total aggro loss. Even if an internal fight happens, the aggro target correctly reverts to the player once it's over.
The current Bedrock behavior is totally inconsistent: the group turns on the spear-wielder, kills him, and then completely drops aggro on the player, leaving them standing idle. This breaks the mob's mechanics. This is definitely a bug, not 'Working As Intended'.
