Mobs are spawning in areas were the light level is above zero.

I’ve tried to attach a copy of the world, but I got the error message “We couldn't submit your request. Refresh the page and try again”. This happened three different times.
I saw a creeper, a skeleton and multiple zombies spawning around 88, 74, -315. This is a Realms server. We don’t have any add-ons on this server.
Potentially relates to or duplicates MCPE-233012.
