The bug
Spawn eggs and the /summon command occasionally randomly produce baby animals. According to MC-135098 / MC-167377, only monsters are supposed to do that.
How to reproduce
Get a cat spawn egg
Use it many times
Expected behavior
It always spawns an adult unless you use it on an existing adult
Observed behavior
Many natural babies appear
