Lightning does not becomes purple tinted when End Flashes appears while using Fancy and Simple graphics mode

When End Flashes appears, the lightning would becomes purple tinted, this is not the case on Bedrock Edition while using Fancy and Simple graphics mode, as the lightning wouldn't change and stays the same, which does not match Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change your graphics mode to either Fancy or Simple

2. Join any worlds, and then go to End

3. Wait until End Flashes appears

4. Observe

Expected results:
The lightning becomes purple tinted, matching Java Edition.

Observed results:
The lightning stays the same.
