The “End Flash” has no real effect on the ambient lighting under the "Fancy" graphic mode

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Siwtch your graphic mode into Fancy; disable Vibrant Visuals

  2. Make sure that you have enabled the End Flash in the “Accessibility“ settings

  3. Enter the End dimension, and observe the End Flash in the sky

Expected result

The End Flash effect will have an influence on the environment, lighting the ground with purple, just as it works in Java Edition or with Vibrant Visuals on in BE.

Actual result

The End Flash has no real effect on the ambient lighting at all in the Fancy graphic.

Note:

I don’t think my report is a duplicate to MCPE-234518.

MCPE-234518 states that the End Flash won’t be seen in Simple or Fancy grahpics.

But the issue of MCPE-234518 has already been fixed in 26.20.20 Preview.

My issue is that the End Flash won’t have a real lighting effect on the ambience.

MCPE-237000 I think?
