The Framerate slider when set to unlimited is misleading as the game caps your fps to your screen’s refresh rate which is intended behavior as per MCPE-110006 and MCPE-239072 and should indicate it caps it to your refresh rate by renaming the Unlimited option or replace it. Also, this isn’t related to MCPE-110006 as this is a UI bug, not about VSync.
Reproduction Steps:
Open Minecraft Bedrock and navigate to Settings -> Video.
Scroll down to Framerate Limit.
Move the slider to the "Unlimited” option.
Open a new world and observe the live framerate output.
Expected Result
The user interface option should accurately reflect the actual behavior of the game. Since the game is designed to remain capped at the screen's refresh rate, the "Unlimited" toggle should either be visually adjusted, renamed, or include text indicating that the framerate is still restricted by the monitor's refresh rate.
Actual Result
The UI slider allows players to select an "Unlimited" state, which is misleading. Even when set to "Unlimited," the framerate remains locked to the monitor's default refresh rate (e.g., 60 FPS on a 60Hz panel), making the label inaccurate.
