Lowering screen distortion also lower the warp effect speed

In Bedrock Edition, if you lower your screen distortion, the speed of the warp effect will also change, this is not the case on Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Give yourself nausea effect: /effect @s nausea infinite 1 true

  2. Pause the game, and then go to accessibility settings

  3. Change the value of screen distortion slider to 50%, then resume the game

  4. Observe

Expected results:
The speed of the warp effect stays the same, matching Java Edition.

Actual results:
The speed of the warp effect became much slower.

https://report.bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-308711 , which describes the Java behaviour, where lowering screen distortion retains effect warp speed in Java also got resolved Works as Intended. This makes such an intentional parity difference between the two editions.
It’s just like other intentional parity differences like redstone mechanics, and trident behaviours.
