[MCPE-24063] The end dimension is up side down

I spawnd below the dimension and the was obsedin pillars where on bottme

This is just the obsidian pillars extending down below the island, which happens normally... It's not upside down?

Even so the obsidian platform should be generated at Y=48.

The obsidian pillars extend down to Y:0 in Java edition too, so I'm assuming it's not a bug

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version.
