[MCPE-243668] Icicle hand position does not match Java Edition [Parity issue]

Icicle hand position does not match Java Edition.

How to reproduce:
1. Load a world on both bedrock and java
2. Hold an Icicle
3. Observe the Icicles position in first person appearing different on bedrock
4. Go into third person on both bedrock and java
5. Observe the Icicles position in third person appearing different on bedrock

Observed results: The Icicles hand position on bedrock does not match java edition.

Expected results: The Icicles hand position on bedrock should match java edition.

That seems to apply only to third person. This issue applies to first and third person.

Issue relates to MCPE-152487 as the third person holding position matches the slanted style found in Java before 1.8.
