How to play screen can no longer be accessed from main menu

Since 26.10, the How to Play screen can no longer be accessed from the main menu, as the button leading to that screen was removed from settings screen.

The pause menu got a dedicated button that leads to how to play screen, but the main menu never receives it, even though the screen can be opened from there previously.

Steps to reproduce:

1. While in main menu, look around the screen

2. Notice that there's no how to play button

3. Open settings, notice the how to play button is also not in there

4. Join into a world, and then open pause menu, look around the screen

5. Notice that there's how to play button

Expected result:
Similar to pause menu, a button that leads to how to play screen is present in main menu.

Actual result:
There's no how to play button in main menu.
