If you hold down a button like jump, break a block or place a block, then open chat, let go of the button and close the chat, the game thinks the button is pressed when its not. If you press the button again it does go back to normal though

This issue can be reproduced reliably using a wired 360 controller on windows 10, and noticed it affects other actions also:
Press and hold either Jump, Break, or Interact (A, Left or Right Trigger)
Whilst holding that button, open chat (D-Pad Right)
Release all buttons
Exit chat (B)
Now walk around in game
Notice the button held before opening the chat will continue to repeat itself as if it were held down still (either jumping, breaking, or placing blocks) until that button is placed again.

Also noticable on windows 10 version for minecraft

Clarifying, this also happens in Windows 10 using the following sequence:
Press and hold the Space bar, left mouse button, or right mouse button. This also works with remapped keys.
While still holding the key or button, press T to open chat.
Press Escape to exit chat.
Notice that you continue to jump, or place or break blocks in valid locations.
Note that this bug is currently being exploited for some kinds of AFK farms.
