Do Not Own License

I have purchased Minscreft from the Amazon App store but when I run Minecraft it tells me I dont own a license (please see images). This is on an Asus Zenpad 10 running Android 7.

I have factory reset the device, cleared caches and reinstalled both the Minecraft and Amazon App multiple times. Amazon support have suggested this is an issue for you to investigate.

Thank you

I also have experienced this problem on my Samsung galaxy tab A P580 since the update on October 18th. Have noticed many reviews on both the Amazon App store and Google play with users having the same problem. Tried talking to Amazon support as well, and was told the same as OP. I have factory reset, wiped folders, uninstalled, reinstalled, both the game and the appstore, as well as other temporary fixes that have worked for others, such as opening without WiFi, installing new Amazon app store and then installing Minecraft through it, and nothing has worked. It is extremely frustrating, as we have recently made a few marketplace purchases and my child really wants to play. Most frustrating of all is the fact that people who have posted about it on the recommended help sites have been either ignored or rudely treated on the assumption that it is a pirated copy. It would just be nice to know what is going on. Thank you.
