The most recent version of Better Together:
Tamed horses transferred via sync to the new version (then added to a Realm) won't enter love mode/won't breed. The horses had saddles, and some with armor.
-Fed them tons of wheat, so they were not 'hungry,' they would eat the wheat infinitely
-Fed then two golden carrots, no love mode
-They would just keep eating the golden carrots infinitely
-Never entered love mode/wouldn't breed

Converted horses donkeys and mule don't have a health-bar (hearts) most likely causing the issue.

Yes, that would be fine. (I'm just a Helper. If I mark something as invalid or a duplicate, it doesn't really count until a moderator makes it official. If a moderator had marked it as invalid, it would be better to create a new ticket.)
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue is invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. Bugs are worked on individually and are fixed at different times. When multiple bugs are on the same ticket, it's impossible to fix one and close the ticket when the other one is still being worked on.
Note: The description above is a little confusing. You said you fed the horse two golden carrots and it didn't enter love mode, and then you said you fed it "infinite" carrots (regular ones?). It could be that a horse will only enter love mode if it's not hungry - villagers work that way, but I'm not sure whether horses do. But it would be interesting to know what its health bar looked like before and after you feed it the golden carrot. There are currently some reports of player health bars not being filled by eating. I haven't seen a similar report about horses, but if that's also an issue it might explain why they don't go into love mode.
