I have an underground subway system in my world which is automatic, however when I load into the world the minecarts keep either stopping right in their tracks causing a pile up, going in the opposite direction - it's a subway - this is annoying, or they simply despawn. I appreciate I have a big world and this might be the cause but can you fix this or justify why it happens?

Had a Hopper minecart dissappear in a totally closed loop. No mob can spawn or get in and the cart was always in motion. One day, I noticed it wasn't there anymore.
Happenned mid-November on my Realm.
EDIT: I also had Hopper minecarts getting stuck, sometimes even on a powered rail, upon entering my world. The issue does not seem to occur in a single session, only when re-entering a world.
I find minecarts stuck on powered rails too. But the despawning is the most frustrating issue and I cant find any comment that they are doing anything about it. And its not just mine carts is seams to affect all entities that have space to move, I lose villagers in crop farms, horses too. every release I hope this is fixed but it never is.
It's not a duplicate issue. MCPE-16863 describe a similar outcome when the game crashes.
My game doesn't crash and I still have minecarts despawning.

My minecarts also despawn and they are in a 1 by 6 area to catch all the goodies from my watermelon and pumpkin farms. I had to completely redesign my farms which have prove to be less rewarding.
