Whenever i transfer a world from the xbox one edition over to better together they all say "achievements can not be earned in this world" It's a REAL pain to get my worlds to transfer as is and now this too? C'mon! 😞 I have even tested a plain normal gen world with nothing in it and still no achievements.

Do you have cheats on? Apparently turning fire tick off or disabling tnt explosions counts as cheating. Check the settings menu and see if the "allow cheats" is turned on. Turn it off and you should be fine.
I got that message, too, but I had explosions disabled after getting killed by an exploding ender crystal during the dragon fight for the fifth time in a row. Took me quite a while and a great deal of swearing to figure that out.
