Confirmed for Windows 10 1.2.5.52. However, this bug is probably related to the piston timings you have set. These timings will not operate reliably. You need to have at least 2 redstone ticks between retracting a piston and retracting the one behind it, but you have only 1 tick of separation. The chest should not disappear and the pistons should not turn to stone...that's a bug...but even when the bug is fixed your pistons won't do what you want them to do.
