when the map is being processed, the shadows of trees and houses turn black

no, the blocks are really black when you are rendering a part of the map after that nothing these black parts disappear
Does this problem occur when you are not using any add-ons? (Make sure to check both the game settings and Global Resources.)

There is an issue that causes lighting, especially shadows, to be dark (not black) when a world is first opened, or perhaps when a new part of the world is first generated. It generally corrects itself as soon as you start to move. Is this the issue you're talking about?
If not, try placing a torch in a darkened area. Does that fix the problem?
