[MCPE-30209] Arrows shot in creative mode can be picked up

Searched, so don't imply I didn't. Found while testing MCPE-30198.

When an arrow is shot from a bow in Creative mode, the resulting arrows can be picked up, instead of not being able to be picked up as with skeleton arrows, which is what happens in the Java edition.

That feature only applies to Java and legacy console editions. Not all features of java are the same with bedrock edition. More about the arrows in the Minecraft Wiki

I believe that this is working as intended.
