My game crashes everytime I try and load my saved world.
Any save game I try and load from the past 6 months crashes. But if I go back to a save from 6 months ago I can play. Something I built is causing the crash, I'm guessing something based on redstone, but that's a huge guess.
I was also able to find a save where I wasn't in my base. I was able to load up the game, then I traveled through the nether and enter the portal to my base, then the game crashed.

There is evidence that worlds created on earlier releases (prior to 1.0?) are getting upgraded incorrectly, corrupting them and causing them to crash. The crash seems to occur when the player is in particular locations, perhaps near an unknown block or entity that was incorrectly upgraded. Because many players stay in one place for an extended time, they may be near the problem location most of the time, and in that case the world crashes almost immediately after loading.
Currently, the only known workaround is to leave the Beta, revert to release 1.2.9, and restore a backup copy of the world. Reverting requires uninstalling Minecraft after leaving the Beta. This will delete all worlds and return all settings to the defaults. Be sure to save a backup copy from 1.2.9 before you open a world in 1.2.10, and keep those backups until 1.2.10 is out of Beta.

It's one world, many different saves. It was started and has always been windows 10.
I play with a texture pack, but I always take it off for the betas, I also have tried numerous time without the texture pack.
However, as noted above I was able to join in one saved instance (even with the texture pack enabled) where I wasn't at my base and upon rezoning into my base via the nether my game instantly crashed.
Thanks for the info. Crashes like this are automatically reported to Mojang and given a high priority. But it wouldn't hurt if you felt like uploading a copy of the world, just in case they need it.
Thanks for your help, I will try and get a copy of my world up, it just is a pain because it's 750mb in size
Hi here is a link to my world through one drive, its 750mb in size so this seemed like the best way to do it.
If theres anything else I can provide please let me know.
Thankyou so much for taking the time. I figured it was something along the lines of what you were saying.
I'm glad you enjoyed my world! I don't know if you seen it, but in new town (the glass dome area) inside the palace, in the door to the left there's a bunch of minerals with a button, if you press it you go into the mines and my slime farm. I'm really proud of my slime farm, I built it right before they botched the slime spawns, so it's not really functioning properly, but it looks cool.
I've never shared my world before, just some pics on reddit.
Having checked your attached world I believe this crash in particular is caused by bug MCPE-30623 which occurs when three hoppers are connected to a chest.
My main survival world no longer crashes on 1.2.10.2. I also loaded Matt K's world (the one that prompted the report) and explored for a while without a crash occurring, so I think this problem is fixed.
Were these worlds always on Windows 10, or were they originally on another platform?
Currently, there are problems with third-party texture packs that can cause crashes. See if you have any texture packs installed in Global Resources and try removing them if so. If you have a habit of adding certain resource packs in all your world settings, try removing those, too.
