mobs that have fish in their loot tables - like polar bears, guardians and elder guardians, when killed using swords with the "fire aspect" enchantment, drop raw fish rather than cooked ones.
this bug has been reported on the java version (MC-70738, MC-102269), but I wasn't able to find reports of this bug for the bedrock engine.
