[MCPE-31799] Game will not launch past the Minecraft loading screen on beta 1.2.14.2

Minecraft not work when start the logo minecraft and does not respond in my device alcatel pixi 4(5) in the new beta 1.2.14.2 please fix :'(

Yes it's been also happening to me in any update I had, the most practical fix I found was to delete the options.txt file.
