Expected behavior: Holding the "break block" button (left mouse) in creative mode breaks blocks consistently with a constant rhythm.
Observed behavior: Moving while mining can occasionally make block breaking extremely quick, disrupting the rhythm. This frequently results in breaking more blocks than intended, which is unpredictable and frustrating.

When a block is broken wrongly in this way, it tends not to create particles.

This is working as intended to match console edition. This helps players with transitioning to the bedrock edition. This feature is also extremely useful for building and terraforming large areas and I and many other players would hate to seeing this removed.

I always assumed that the speed breaking when flying was a feature, espiccialy since it made for digging and destroying in creative so so easy. Removal of this critical feature would be a huge detriment to the quality of the game and the mods better ignore this report and never remove such a important feature.
The issue shown in the attached video looks to me to be intended but it dosen’t happen on mobile (I am on iPadOS13 using an iPad Pro Gen 1). This lack of parity between Bedrock versions actually means that this so called “bug” is actually pointing out a bug on mobile.
