The bug
A few blocks are darkened while they're being broken in survival mode. This can affect a single face, a single element, or even the full model.
Steps to Reproduce
Place or find any blocks from the list below
Ensure the conditions are met (if there are any)
In survival mode, start breaking the block

When I'm breaking stairs in the new version, it shows a weird illumination, look at the image:
(It says 1.2.20.2, but the latest beta 1.5.0.0 isn't avaiable to select)

Still exists on 1.5.0.10... :/

I think it also affects 1.6.0.1. Hoppers and stairs seem to be affected. I havent tested it on other blocks with semi-transparent halves.

No longer affects stairs as of 1.16.200.51 on Windows 10, however hoppers are still affected

This also affects the bottom half of hoppers.
