Attempting to place cocoa pods inside flowing water against a jungle log will completely refuse to place it, which makes no sense, since they can occupy each other just fine.

No sure what the correct behavior here should be. Cocoa pods allowing water to exist in the same space breaks cocoa bean farms that used water to harvest. Piston based design still work, but they are much larger and more resource intensive. Either way, it is inconsistent right now.
