Reproduce:
In the water deep enough, place a soul sand/magma block
Place a block at the soul sand/magma block (it could be anything), then break that block
Expected result: Bubble column always appeared as long there is a soul sand/magma block
Observed result: Sometimes, the bubble column is not appeared
Device: Huawei X1 7.0

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
The bubble columns will appear again after the magma / soul sand blocks are randomly ticked; this may take some time to happen.

I put a magma block underwater in the Xbox One version of Bedrock and didn't set any bubble columns. I can't find any turtles, either. Was wondering if they were locked behind the Experimental slider even though the changelog said that last update was supposed to be adding them
