Magma Blocks doesn't pull you down/generate with bubble column anymore in underwater ravines/caves

Summary
When you're exploring underwater ravines or caves, you can find magma blocks generating at the bottom, however they don't pull you down anymore, because they don't produce any bubble column.

Step to Reproduce
1. Create a new world without an experiments toggle on
2. Find an underwater ravine/cave in the ocean
---> ❌ No bubbles generating at the magma blocks, and it doesn't pull you down anymore.
