In My old world , Phantom do not spawn In night, Im sure Dont Sleep IN 3 day
someone say They See phantom in they world, But I dont any Phantom !

I think it takes a while before they spawn. The spawning starts when the player does not sleep in three game days but I dont think they spawn immediately, sometimes it just takes longer.
Phantoms have not yet been added to minecraft Xbox.
They will be added when the second part of update aquatic is release.
Reopening per the comments, which are correct. I forgot that 1.6.0.1 had "jumped over" part 2 of Update Aquatic in order to get the phantom and barrier blocks into beta test early. Sorry for the mistake!
Another moderator was able to get phantoms to spawn in 1.6.0.1, but used an editor to alter the player's time without sleeping, so it's possible the sleep timer isn't being updated properly during normal play. We will attempt to reproduce the issue.
The time they start spawning seems to be AFTER 3 days not IN 3 days. I tested this in my survival world and waited about 4 or five nights before I saw one spawn.
I have an old survival world and I observed the same as @Jeffrey. Only 1 spawn on night 4-5 (assuming death resets the "last slept" time) and the function on number of nights since last slept makes me wonder if the spawn rate may just have been so low for night 3 that it just didn't happen by chance? Regardless, samesies.
I seem to have the same problem in an older SSP game that was recently updated to 1.6.1 on a newer Windows 10 PC.
I got 1 phantom to spawn after several nights (more than 3) of not sleeping, and killed it when it swooped, but then waited outside for many nights in a row without another spawning in the entire time. I was standing out of doors looking into the sky, and was watching a movie while waiting for another phantom to show up. 4 hours IRL and no more phantoms have shown up since the first.
