When aiming at the side of a block and attempting to place a conduit at it, the conduit completely refuses to be placed. Aiming at the top side of blocks places the conduit as normal.
Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to place a conduit while aiming at the side of a block
Observed Results:
The conduit cannot be placed.
Expected Results:
The conduit should be placed.
