Placed barrier block in air block above a lava source, caused the lava to to disappear, but breaking the barrier block causes the lava to reappear.

The lava still exists, but the top texture does not render if there is an opaque block above it. The lava thinks barriers are opaque

Then they should fix it.

Can you guys please fix this? It’s breaking my world.
