MC Crashing when trying to launch on iPad since 1.5.1 Update

I am unable to create a ticket under the Bedrock version. I've done it 3 times. Trying to help my 7 year old son. He bought this app and it has stopped working on him. Please help.

Has there been an estimated resolve time for this issue? My daughter is having thr same problem. She did the update on the 20th and the game has crashed every time she tries to open it.

Same thing with us. My son updated on the 20th as well. 

Have you gotten an answer from them for the ticket you created about how long this is going to take?

This problem was 1st reported on Friday. Now it looks like a 2 hour old bug when it’s actually 3 days old. 

How so? The original says it happened when they updated, which was Friday, and one of my comments has the date as well. Either way, I was trying to find out if Dave had gotten an answer, rather than create a new ticket

No answer yet.
