Block outlines won't render behind transparent blocks

Note: This only affects devices where RenderDragon is not used.

Block outlines behind transparent blocks won't be rendered. This includes the block's own outline. This bug also affects dropped transparent blocks. Blocks affected by this: Ice, glass, glass pane, slime block, water

How to reproduce

  • Place/Drop a glass block

  • Look at an adjacent block, making sure the glass is in the way

Relates to MCPE-24755. Does not duplicate it however, as this can be observed with the glass block itself
